The staff and partners of R.O.C.K. Mat-Su want to thank everyone who participated in the 4th Annual Community Baby Shower. This was the first year we held the baby shower online and we definitely learned a lot. We also could not be more pleased with how things turned out. The live portion of this event may be over, however the “Watch & Read” section holds valuable information that can be accessed at any time.
How Does the Online Baby Shower Work?
There are 4 sections to the online community baby shower. Including LIVE activities from 2:00 – 4:00 PM. Participation in live events gives you an opportunity to win prizes.

How do I win prizes?
Participate in the LIVE activities for an opportunity to enter your name into a drawing. At the end of the activity the facilitator will share a link to a form that you must complete. You will get to choose which prize you would like a chance to win.
What are the Prizes?
LIVE: Hang Out, Connect, & Learn
Description: Live & interactive zoom rooms where you can connect with fellow parents or join a class.
How to Join:
1) Find the topic area you would like to participate in.
2) Under Schedule click on the time range and “teleport” into the zoom room.
Prizes: At the end of the activity the facilitator give you a link to a registration form through the chat feature. Complete the form for each activity you participate in for a chance to win!

This workshop will focus on teaching techniques and tips that help our bodies process and heal themselves. You will learn techniques to increase your immune system and gain better control over your thoughts and emotions. Everyone is welcome!
